Simple and robust
Unsere Pumpen zeichnen sich durch ihre einfache Funktionsweise aus: Die Kolben bewegen sich im Wechsel auf und ab, was einen konstanten Fluss des Mediums gewährleistet. Dank unseres patentierten Ventilsystems können auch Fremdkörper und lang Faserige Medien problemlos befördert werden. Durch die langsame und gleichmäßige Bewegung sind sie verschleißarm. Die Kolben haben nur minimalen Kontakt zum Medium, wodurch sie kaum von aggressiven Stoffen angegriffen werden. Die Reibung der Gummikolben an der Zylinderwand wird durch Wasser konstant geschmiert, was eine stundenlange, verschleißfreie Förderung auch ohne Medium ermöglicht.
The pumps are made of robust steel with a thickness of 10 to 20 mm, and can be made entirely of stainless steel on request.
Thanks to optional maintenance flaps, pump maintenance is simple and straightforward.
The control system
Durch unsere eigene Steuerung, können wir fast alle Ihre Wünsche realisieren, egal ob die Pumpe mit einem Softstarter oder mit einem vielleicht sogar schon vorhandenen externen Frequenzumrichter betrieben werden soll.
Außerdem kann unsere Steuerung in nahezu alle anderen Steuerungen integriert werden, um unnötige Kosten zu reduzieren. Die wichtigsten Parameter werden konstant überwacht, und sollte doch mal etwas nicht passen, wird eine Störmeldung ausgelöst. Das Hydraulikaggregat kann auf Wunsch mit IE3,IE4 oder IE5 Motor ausgestattet werden. Somit kann man unsere Pumpen auch über die IE5 Förderung fördern lassen.
